2020 Australasian Legal Industry COVID-19 Member Impact Survey

The Associations Matter 2020 COVID-19 Member Impact Survey was conducted on behalf of the Australasian Legal Practice Management Association (ALPMA).  The purpose of the survey was to help ALPMA better understand the impact of COVID-19 on the profession and individual legal firms.

The survey was conducted on behalf of ALPMA by independent research agency Survey Matters, using a quantitative, online instrument. There was a total of 95 responses, and the survey provided an opportunity for respondents to provide free text feedback and to offer ideas and suggestions. Results are provided in aggregate; no individual is identified.
