This session will aim to clear up any confusion about the gender pay gap and how it differs from and intersects with equal pay. It will showcase some of the WGEA Gender Pay gap data at a national and industrial level, with a focus on pay equity data for the legal services class. We will talk about the drivers of gender pay gaps and what we can do as individuals and at an organisation level to close the gender pay gap, including an overview of how to conduct a pay equity audit.
