As we return to the ‘new normal’, Employers are starting to think about the future and many are considering what their business may look like post JobKeeper as well as planning for 2021.

A recent survey we carried out indicates that 31% of Employers are considering restructuring as an option while 30% are unsure whether they will need to restructure.

It is crucial that if restructuring and redundancies are being considered, Employers understand the risks and steps that need to be taken to minimise a potential claim.

Join Aitken Legal’s Special Counsel, Angela Engel who will look at restructuring and redundancy.  She will share insight into recent decisions of the Fair Work Commission as well as provide practical tips on how to best minimise risk if your firm is planning to restructure or make employees redundant.
