Melissa is Crombie Lockwood’s Southern Regional Manager of Financial & Professional Risks.  She has more than 20 years insurance broking experience in international broking firms advising corporate clients and professional service firms on all aspects of liability, risk and insurance.

She has particular expertise in technical issues concerning liability risks and related insurance policy coverage, in particular professional liability risks for law firms.  She has previously presented PI sessions for the NZLS Flying Start Programme.  She has vast experience in insurance programme marketing and negotiation as well as claims management and advocacy.

The second part of this series will be held in the coming months, covering general business risk management including business interruption, material damage, cyber cover, employee risk, key person cover and more.
