Every year, ALPMA conducts the Legal Industry HR Issues & Salary Survey in Australia to provide an annual overview of salaries paid within the legal sector across the country. It is the largest and most comprehensive independent survey of salaries across all roles for the legal sector, with a particular focus on roles typically seen within Australian law firms.
Jason Elias, Managing Director at Elias Recruitment and the sponsor of the 2024 survey, will lead a discussion highlighting the key survey findings and relevant employment issues, supported by Janine Smith, Partner at Carroll & O'Dea Lawyers and Accredited Specialist in Employment and Industrial Relations Law, who will provide a detailed Workplace Law update.
The report on the 2024 survey was released earlier this year and provides data for 8,800 staff employed across 270 law firms in Australia.
Join us for an in-person (& live streamed) discussion about the current National and State recruitment market with perspectives from recruitment consultants and employment relations teams at a leading Australian law firm.
