Law Firm marketing, especially for small firms can be difficult with constraints on time and budgets. Our lawyers are heavily focussed on their billable work and time spent on marketing is often done as an afterthought. But what if that was not the case? What if your lawyers took charge of their brand and actively worked on their marketing?
Enter James d'Apice, Director, Chamberlains and creater of 'Coffee and a Case Note'. Sound intriguing? Then this session is for you!
What we will cover:
Who should watch this session?
Admitted as a solicitor in 2008, James joined Chamberlains Law Firm in 2020. Litigation forms the backbone of James’ practice. However, these days, James finds himself increasingly providing advice on his clients’ conduct outside of court.
James has acted for private clients, trustees, statutory corporations, unincorporated associations, proprietary companies, directors, shareholders, insurers and businesses in relation to the risks they confront, their rights, and their obligations. James’ practice principally relates to corporate and commercial work: chiefly shareholders and directors disputes.
James is known by some for using the internet to build his practice via the video project “Coffee and a Case Note”. There, James summarises a recent piece of corporate and commercial litigation over a cup of coffee in a way that is both rigorous and approachable.
