Do people take the actions you want them to take when you speak to groups?
James Freemantle will challenge you to find layers of meaning and provide the structure that will help you to engage any audience. This informative, interactive session equips you to optimise your presence and influence outcomes, so you can be experienced as an effective leader of people, ideas and actions.
James is a facilitator and coach in leadership and communications. In 2008 he founded REDgum Communications which merged with leadership development consultancy People Measures in 2018. He’s an experienced and qualified coach to CEOs and executives with a significant track record in talent management, leadership development, media and personal brand. James spent several years as a producer, director and presenter on Australian TV, and moved to Moscow as a newsreader for international News channel RT (Russia Today).
James has co-designed and delivered leadership development programs, including for the Australian Tax Office, Dulux Group, Kraft-Heinz, Australian Public Service Commission, Australian Super, Department of Families, Fairness and Housing (Victoria), Dairy Australia and Parkville College.
He maintains his television presence as a presenter for Buchanan group’s Medifacts and has written and directed four films including ’Bush to Belly’ – 7 Indigenous kids, an Italian coffee machine and 500 bike riders on the Gibb River Rd – screened on ABC International.
Away from work, James is happiest when he’s building something with wood, planting trees or bodysurfing.
