HR Day 2024 | Panel Discussion | How to distinguish your firm

ALPMA’s annual HR Day held in Melbourne in May 2024 is now available for those who were unable to attend in person.

The Panel Discussion on How to distinguish your firm is one of 5 sessions recorded on the day.  These sessions are available individually or as a bundle.  All sessions recorded on the day, can be found here.

In a market that is tough to recruit and retain people, firms all strive to distinguish themselves from their competition to attract those who are the right fit and keep their best people.

Hear from a People and Culture Manager and two law firm Directors on how they tackle this critical issue in their firms and how they have implemented strategies like compressed working, a market-leading EVP, and how to be voted an employer of choice.

Who will benefit from this session:
Practice Managers, People & Culture, HR and Recruitment, CEOs, Senior Leaders in law firms.
