The first half of this session is focussed on outlining recruitment trends in the last 12 months.

We then move on to discussing leveraging GenAI in HR and Recruitment. AI is already being used by candidates, hiring companies and recruiters as part of their recruitment process. This area is rapidly evolving and since the start of 2024 there has been a big upskill in training HR professionals and Recruiters on when, where and how AI can be used.
