Simon has extensive experience in information technology, business development and marketing applications. As an application specialist Simon is well versed in existing and emerging technology applications that provide efficient and cost-effective solutions to a business. Simon specialises in Microsoft 365 applications suite including Forms, Teams, SharePoint Online, PowerApps (low or no code), PowerBI and Power Automate; webinar production and LexisNexis InterAction (CRM).

Simon has worked with stakeholders to provide advice and services related to business intelligence, bids and tenders, marketing campaign management, CRM systems, data management, electronic marketing communications, event management, intranet services, webinars (production and delivery), web advertising and web analytics.
