Maureen is an executive manager with more than 30 years’ experience across the legal profession. She is currently the National Family Law Manager at Barry Nilsson Lawyers, with a broad portfolio of responsibilities including building a national service offering, operational excellence, client experience and business/professional development. Maureen is passionate about building high-performing teams and empowering those with whom she works.
Maureen’s experience extends beyond private practice. She has held leadership positions at the Law Council of Australia, the Australian Institute of Family Law Arbitrators and Mediators, and the federal courts, contributing to law reform, courts administration, judicial education, professional development, and events management. Her Master of Business Administration from the University of Queensland has given her a strong foundation in strategic thinking and business management.
