  • Developed and reviewed for UNE – Diploma of Professional Legal Management 2010-2015

  • With Warrick McLean, developed and reviewed Risk Management Plan, Analysis, Policy and Board Roles, Profiles, Fiduciary Duties, and Governance 2011-2013

  • L&D programs in Australia and New Zealand –  applied to all relevant Law Societies and Legal Services Boards, and was awarded CPD recognition for all States; QA Certification in WA; approval in NZ for CPD hours; Leading Your Firm program; L&D Strategy 2010-2016

  • Attended ALPMA NZ launch with Warrick McLean 2014

  • Provided leadership, management, coaching, and mentoring for the L&D National Coordinator and the L&D Manager 2014-2016
