Lee has spent almost 30 years in the legal profession as a lawyer, Managing Partner and, for the past 5 years, in executive roles in law firms. Lee holds an LLB, LLM (Distinction) and PGDipBus (Distinction) and has a deep understanding of the operational and leadership needs of law firms. Putting people at the forefront of decisions is a priority for Lee as she believes this enables optimal client service.


Having moved from New Zealand at the beginning of 2023 Lee has become passionate about living on the Gold Coast and has adopted the region as her home.
