Anthony Palella

Anthony is the Managing Director at PHV Law and is responsible for the firm’s day-to-day operations, recruitment and retention, and organisational development.

Working closely with the other Directors, Anthony strives to achieve organisational goals while fostering positive working relationships and further enhancing the firm’s strong culture.

Anthony guides and supports the entire team at PHV Law in all aspects of the firm’s management, including business development, people and culture, finance, operations and information technology.

Anthony has extensive experience in business management, human resources and training, having commenced his career in the legal industry in June 2008. He graduated from the Queensland University of Technology in 2009, and holds a Bachelor of Business (Management). Having worked in both large and specialist firms across Australia, Anthony has developed a deep understanding of the legal marketplace, trends in legal practice, and expectations of clients.

In his role as Managing Director, Anthony is central to ensuring that a consistently high standard of service is delivered by the entire team at PHV Law.
