Learning & Development Advisor

People are at the core of our business, which is why we are committed to attracting and retaining the best talent.   We are looking for an experienced Learning & Development Advisor to join our firm on a part-time basis.  Based in our headquarters in Parramatta, you will play a crucial part in the firm's continuous learning and development by providing training, coaching and mentoring opportunities to our employees who are at the forefront of our business.  Reporting to the CEO, the successful applicant will be responsible for working closely with practice groups and internal stakeholders to identify needs through L&D / Talent Management processes.
