We currently have an excellent opportunity for a full-time HR / Office Manager to join our busy team based in Perth. Providing HR and managerial support to all staff at all levels, this role will be responsible for:
- HR duties
- People and culture of the firm
- Develop HR policies
- Manage professional staff
- Manage secretarial staff and resources
- Performance reviews
- Manage admin staff and resources
- General administrative duties

To be successful in this role you will ideally have:
- A minimum 2-5 years HR experience, ideally within the legal industry;
- Excellent communication skills at all levels;
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks;
- A willingness to contribute to team initiatives and tasks.
