The successful Applicant will assist and support the Managing Partner in all aspects of practice management including:-
- Finance, and general back office operations,
- Regulatory requirements inclusing practicing certificates and CPD compliance,
- HR recruitment and training, performance management and review procedures, general staff management and development, Firm culture and staff social club,
- Technology and IT requirements,
- Marketing including website, advertising, PR, Blogs and Newsletters and social media
Permanent full time position with ability to grow into full practice management role.
Law Firm and practice management experience essential
Generous pay and conditions, salary base $120,000 to $150,000 plus superannuation
Melbourne CBD office location
