All law firm staff have an impact and responsibility to conduct themselves in an ethical manner. An understanding of conduct rules can inform and improve positive behaviours across the whole firm and support lawyers in meeting their ethical professional conduct duties.
Join us as we pose hypothetical scenarios that illustrate how professional conduct rules have an impact on everyone’s behaviour in a law firm including:
- Courtesy
- Confidentiality
- Inadvertent disclosure
- The ethical side of undertakings
Who should attend:
Lawyers and other professional staff at all levels within the firm.
