Celebrating initiatives and contributions to innovation in the Business of Law!

The ALPMA Awards aim to recognise firms within the Australasian legal industry who are embracing the challenge of change and are developing initiatives that continue to evolve their business.
We know there are many firms, teams and individuals in the Australasian legal sector that are continuously innovating to meet new challenges and opportunities, and to develop new, sustainable approaches to the business of law. - Outline the challenge, opportunity or task including the firms goals and objectives and what impact the project/initiative was expected to have on this challenge/opportunity.
- Planning and Engagement: Explain the steps undertaken to scope, plan and seek engagement with this project/initiative across the firm
- Execution: Provide a clear understanding on the strategy and process that guided development and execution of the initiative
- Results and Impact: Demonstrate how the initiative achieved its goals and how this was measured. What has been the direct impact of this initiative?
- Highlight Key Team Members who deserve recognition for driving this initiative forwards and outline their involvement.

Based on the submissions on the key team members, two Individual Achievement awards will be awarded based on the most commendable individual contributions.
