David qualified to practise as a lawyer in 1984 and in 1993, he was accredited as a specialist in commercial litigation. He became a partner of Moores in 1999 and following a management restructure in 2007, he was appointed as its first Managing Principal.

In 2012, Moores commenced its transition to universal pricing for value.  It turned off timesheets in 2013.  The transformation of Moores under David’s leadership was a “whole of business model” change.

David is also one of three founder/directors of Innovim Group Pty Ltd, a consultancy for professional knowledge firms eager to explore “Aligned Pricing”.  In recognition of David’s contribution to assisting professionals with business model transformation, he was appointed as a senior fellow of the VeraSage Institute in November 2019.
