Giles has over 24 years’ experience in property and for the last 16, has focused solely on representing Australian commercial tenants. He provides occupiers with the opportunity to make significant savings from lease commencement, throughout lease term, at expiry and equitable in other lease terms. Giles assists clients with individual premises or structuring whole property portfolios and his knowledge has been gained in working with many business sectors and from regional offices through to CBD locations. Giles has been RICS qualified since 1995, also acting on behalf of the RICS as an assessor of new members.
