How's the culture in your firm? Do you think there is room for improvement?
With all the disruptions to the normal pattern of life and workflow over the last 18 months, many firms are noticing the effects on workplace culture.
We are excited to bring you the interesting and dynamic Joanne Nicol. She has years of experience in guiding firms through a process of revitalising and changing culture.
Joanne will share with us her ideas about what makes a great culture, how to revitalise culture and in particular small things law firms can do to make a big difference.
