Having spent 25 years in the legal profession, with around 15 of those managing legal practices, I have a good understanding of the importance to clients of receiving a high level of legal service.

My passion lies in people leadership and building high performing teams to support the strategic objectives of the firm. I also see innovation as integral to the development of organisational capability. Prioritising these objectives enables me to provide support to staff, and to develop systems, that ensure the firm is in the best position to provide excellent service to our clients.
