Founder & Executive Women's Health Coach at Dr Kellie Rose
After experiencing a debilitating burnout in the pursuit of her career, Kellie is a passionate advocate for burnout prevention in women leaders. She founded her executive health coaching business, Dr Kellie Rose, to help executive women on the brink of burnout to restore their health and return to high-performance.
Dr Kellie spent the first half of her career supporting Olympic athletes to medal-winning and record-breaking performances across Australia and Europe. After transitioning into business, Kellie now brings her unique skillset from human performance optimisation in elite sport, to the corporate athletes of the business world. Kellie has also worked across government, private, not-for-profit and start-up sectors in sport and allied health, in Australia, sub-Saharan Africa, and Switzerland.
When she’s not running her business, you’ll find Kellie out running the local mountain trails, drinking good coffee, or travelling to all corners of the globe with friends.
